The Bullnose Polishing Machine is a customized machine that can be flexibly configured according to the customer’s materials, panel sizes, edge profiles and production capacity. Different machine structures, grinding head combinations, processing functions, pressure roller systems, gauge ruler systems and automatic auxiliary devices can be selected to meet various needs such as straight edge polishing, 45° polishing, bullnose polishing, pencil round, anti-slip slotting, side slots, L slots, bevel bullnose and mitre edges.

Swing Structure

The swing structure adopts an integrated counterweight design, which delivers higher strength and durability than conventional steel wire rope counterweights, significantly reducing maintenance frequency. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a quick-clamp seat lock; 45° polishing can be realized by locking the swing structure with the clamp.

Non-Swing Structure

The non-swing structure features compact design, simplifying mechanical transmission system, reducing equipment failure rate and maintenance costs, improving processing speed. With a variety of special-shaped diamond wheels and resin polishing wheels installed, it can perform profiling and polishing various special-shaped edges.

Automatic Lifting Grinding Head

At the polishing station, the grinding head auto-lowers for processing and auto-resets after completion, achieving full automation with less manual input and higher efficiency.

Electrically Adjusted Gauge Ruler

One-click gauge adjustment on the control panel eliminates manual errors and ensures precise dimensions, while streamlining operation and greatly cutting setup time.

Non-adjustable Gauge Ruler Structure

Gauge-free structure + external auxiliary wheels: Simultaneous processing of multi-spec panels, ideal for edge profiling & polishing of large-format panels.

Pneumatic Lifting Pressure Roller

The pneumatic lifting system responds rapidly, enabling quick adjustment of roller height to accommodate panels of varying thicknesses.

Electric Lifting Pressure Roller

Electric adjustment: Precise pressure control for uniform processing force; quick pressure adaptation for different materials, boosting adaptability and operability.

Pneumatic Wheel Changing

Grinding head replacement can be completed simply by pressing the pneumatic switch, which greatly shortens the time for grinding wheel changeover.

Different processing functions can be selected depending on the product, including:

45° polishing, 45° cutting, straight edge polishing, anti-slip slotting, side slots, pencil round, half bullnose, full bullnose, L slot, bevel bullnose, special-shaped edges, mitre edge and French side.
